Meet Allen Lunsford

Allen maintains all of the grounds and warehouses at Union Grove Lumber, Inc. During the week, Allen can be found doing a variety of jobs at the lumber yard including one of his favorite past-times....mowing!

Allen has worked at Union Grove Lumber, Inc. since 2005. Allen is a retiree of the State of North Carolina Department of Transportation where he specialized in surveying for highways. Allen is also the pastor of Union Grove Christian Church, which is just a mile down the road from our corporate offices.

Allen is married to Rose and together they have three children, 6 granddaughters, and 1 great-grandson. Allen and Rose reside in Union Grove where Allen is avid about keeping his home looking neat and clean.

When not working on the grounds of Union Grove Lumber, Allen can be found either preaching, singing gospel music, playing bluegrass, or simply with his granddaughters or great-grandson. Allen has a new passion for his Santa Gertrudis bulls (Samson & Lumberjack) and his red sports car.
