Meet Hoyte Chapman

Hoyte is one of our three drivers at Union Grove Lumber, Inc. He has been driving tractor trailer loads for over 20 years and has been driving for Union Grove Lumber, Inc. for the past 4 years.

Hoyte resides in Taylorsville, NC and has four children, two boys and two girls, four grandchildren, three girls and one boy, and one sister, Linda.

Cooking southern style food is Hoyte's favorite hobby. He also enjoys spending his free time with his four grandchildren. He often claims that they literally "eat me out of house and home" which must insinuate that his country cooking is pretty good!

Hoyte has many unique "jobs." He has been a licensed barber for the past 23 years and every November and December he is Santa Claus at holiday parties, companies, schools and assisted livings. His true beard and jolly personality make him identical to Ol' Saint Nick.
